Master the Art of Steak: Exclusive Pre-Dinner Class with Chef Ed Hicks
Steak 101 is a pre-dinner class taught by Swift and Sons Chef de Cusine, Ed Hicks. This 30-minute demo class is done before the estate presentation and dinner service. The chef will bring large cuts of meat into the room and discuss each of them, also opening things up to guests for an interactive Q&A session.

Lance is a licensed attorney in the State of Illinois and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER. Lance is also a member of the American Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association where he Chairs the Estate Planning Committee.
